Unless clearly stated in the listing, batteries, adapters, cables, accessories, software, operating systems, licenses, manuals, original packaging, and mounting hardware are not guaranteed to be included.
By placing a bid, you are making a binding offer to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.
Bids cannot be withdrawn unless BidRefurb.com approves the withdrawal at its sole discretion.
Do not bid unless you are ready and able to complete the purchase.
BidRefurb.com reserves the right to cancel, reject, or remove bids that appear suspicious, fraudulent, mistaken, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
If you are the winning bidder, you agree to pay the final winning bid amount, plus any applicable taxes, buyer premiums, shipping fees, handling fees, storage fees, or other applicable charges.

If payment is not received on time, BidRefurb.com may cancel the order, suspend the account, offer the item to another bidder, relist the item, or take other action as needed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the item is picked up by the buyer, released to the buyer’s authorized representative, or handed to the shipping carrier.
For shipped items, any claims related to shipping damage must be reported immediately and may require photos, packaging, and carrier inspection.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the specific listing or approved by BidRefurb.com.
Returns or refunds may be considered only if an item is materially different from the listing description or if a warranty applies.
Items sold “as-is,” “untested,” “for parts,” “no returns,” or “final sale” are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Batteries, consumables, accessories, cosmetic condition, and software are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Items may be tested to different levels depending on the product type, quantity, source, and listing details.
A listing may state that an item is tested, partially tested, powers on, untested, or sold for parts. These terms are not guarantees beyond what is specifically described in the listing.

Computers and electronic devices may or may not include operating systems, software licenses, recovery media, activation keys, or original software.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that any software they install or use is properly licensed.
Any data storage devices sold by BidRefurb.com are intended to be wiped or reset where applicable; however, buyers should perform their own data wipe, reset, or security checks before use.
BidRefurb.com reserves the right to correct errors, update listings, cancel auctions, cancel bids, cancel orders, or refuse transactions due to pricing errors, description errors, inventory issues, technical problems, system errors, or suspected abuse.
If an error affects an active auction or completed order, BidRefurb.com may cancel the transaction and issue a refund if payment was already made.
Users may not:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidRefurb.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, lost data, loss of use, or replacement costs.
BidRefurb.com’s total liability for any claim related to a product or transaction will not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for that specific item.
